Air Canada Reaches Cabin Crew Accord

Air Canada’s flight attendant union has agreed a 10-year deal covering more than 7,000 staff.

<p>Air Canada’s flight attendant union has agreed a 10-year deal covering more than 7,000 staff. "We are pleased that the company has agreed to many key improvements to our current collective agreement, including much-needed provisions on job security,” said Michel Cournoyer, president of the airline division of the Canadian Union of Public Employees.<p>The deal, subject to ratification by union members, follows a 10-year agreement signed in late 2014 by Air Canada’s 3,000 pilots.</p>
