Air France-KLM Announces Resignations

Air France-KLM has announced that Jean-Cyrill Spinetta and Leo van Wijk have stepped down as the group’s chairman and CEO and vice chairman and deputy CEO with effect from July 1, 2013. Both Spinetta and Wijk assumed their current positions in October 2012 and played a role in reducing the group’s net debt by 2012. Alexandre de Juniac will succeed Jean-Cyril Spinetta as chairman and CEO as from July 1, 2013, and Peter Hartman will succeed Leo Van Wijk as vice chairman of the board at the same time.
