Under the deal the OEM will provide training for maintenance personnel and flight operations engineers, as well as for pilots and cabin crew.

Training courses will be held at Airbus’ long-running training centre in Miami and a new new facility in Monterrey, Mexico, which will be opened in early 2016. The new centre will contain an A320 simulator.

VivaAerobus has 52 A320 family aircraft on order and is in the process to switching to an Airbus only fleet.
