Asia-Pacific Airports See Traffic Increase

Asia-Pacific has recorded a 5.1 per cent increase in passenger traffic for September, according to Airports Council International.

The airport trade body confirmed that the region maintained a “moderate growth rate”, while airports in the Middle East reported 9.3 per cent growth compared with same month in 2013.

For the period from January to September 2014, the Middle East witness a strong increase in passenger traffic of 8.9 per cent, while Asia-Pacific posted an increase of 4.7 per cent.
