Biman To Lease Q400s From Smart Aviation

Biman Bangladesh Airlines (Biman) has signed an agreement with Egypt-based lessor Smart Aviation for the dry lease of two Q400 aircraft.

Biman Bangladesh Airlines (Biman) has signed an agreement with Egypt-based lessor Smart Aviation for the dry lease of two Q400 aircraft.

The flag carrier, based at Shahjalal International Airport, currently operates a fleet of 777s, A310s and 737s and has two more 737 and four 787 aircraft on order.

Kyle Haywood managing director and CEO of Biman said: “This agreement represents another important step in our growth journey and fleet modernisation programme."
