BOC Aviation, Air China Agree Purchase And Leaseback For Airbus, Boeing Aircraft

Lessor BOC Aviation has signed a purchase and leaseback agreement with Air China for five aircraft, comprised of three 777-300ER and two A330-300s.

Deliveries of the new jets are scheduled for Q4 2016.

The transaction further grows Air China’s fleet, which currently stands at nearly 400 aircraft.

Robert Martin, managing director and CEO of Singapore-based BOC Aviation, said: “We are pleased to support Air China in its fleet growth and expansion plans in this transaction, which adds popular, in-demand aircraft on long-term leases to our portfolio.”
