Turkish carrier Borajet Airlines has signed a five-year contract with GE Aviation for MRO services on the CF34-10E engines that power its five E190 aircraft.

The agreement, under GE’s OnPoint rate-per-flight-hour solution, has been valued at $30m. GE said in addition to the OnPoint agreement, it has awarded Borajet TRUEngine designation for its CF34-10E engine fleet.

The deal makes Borajet the first CF34-10E OnPoint customer and the first airline in Turkey to be awarded TRUEngine status for its CF34-10E fleet.
