Emirates Airlines has finalised its order for 150 777Xs, worth $65bn at list prices. The deal is for 115 777-9Xs and 35 777-8Xs but also includes purchase rights for an extra 50 aircraft, which would increase the list price to a total of $75bn. The airline first announced the order at the Dubai Air Show in 2013, when was part of the largest product launch in commercial aircraft history. Emirates is the largest 777 operator and flies more than one in every 10 777s built. With the order for 150 777Xs, Emirates now has 208 777s due to be delivered.
