Lufthansa Technik has won a contract to provide its Total Component Support (TCS) offering for Ethiopian Airlines’ future A350 fleet.
Under the terms of the 10-year agreement, the German firm will cover 14 of the aircraft with component MRO services as well as a spares pooling programme.
The new contract builds on existing cooperations between the parties, which have included TCS services on its 787 fleet along with its Q400 regional aircraft.
Mesfin Tasew, COO of Ethiopian Airlines, said: “Our partnership with Lufthansa Technik, which goes back to the 1990s, thus finds a successful continuation into the future. We are convinced that we will receive the same professional and reliable support for our brand-new fleet.”
