FedEx Pilots Potest Over Pay

More than 700 FedEx pilots, represented by the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA), rallied on Sunday against the approach taken by the cargo carrier in bargaining over pay and work conditions.

More than 700 FedEx pilots, represented by the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA), rallied on Sunday against the approach taken by the cargo carrier in bargaining over pay and work conditions.

“The timeline is ugly. Management has had an abundance of time to fully develop an agreement that is fair and respectful to the pilots who significantly contribute to the corporation’s success,” said Scott Stratton, chair of the FedEx ALPA master executive council.

“Our pilots are unhappy with the fact that these negotiations have not concluded. They know how much time has passed, and they fully understand that management has become the impediment.”
