Wesco Aircraft has revealed that annual sales have jumped 50 per cent following the acquisition of chemical supply chain specialist Haas in February.

The firm, which supplies parts and supply chain management systems to the aerospace sector, announced its full year results for 2014 (year ending September 30) last week, confirming that net sales totalled $1.4bn, up 50 per cent on 2013 figures.

Excluding Haas’ contribution annual growth in net sales was 11 per cent. However, net income was down in its last quarter for the year, as a result of lower operating margins and expenses related to the Haas acquisition.
