VivaAerobus has added four new aircraft to its fleet in the past five years.

VivaAerobus has acquired 14 new aircraft in the past year, including two new Airbus A320Neos.

VivaAerobus, with hubs in Mexico City, Cancun, Guadalajara and Monterrey, Mexico, was established in November 2006 with one owned Boeing 737-300. Five years later, in November 2011, VivaAerobus leased 12 and owned five 737-300s. The low-cost airline currently leases 18 and owns one Airbus A320-200s and leases and owns one A320neo. Juan Zuazua, CEO, will be the keynote speaker at MRO Latin-America on Jan. 26.
