Magnetic MRO has signed an agreement with Latvian carrier airBaltic to provide wheels and brakes maintenance on the airline’s Q400 and new CS300 aircraft.
The airline, which was the launch customer for the CS300 last year, said it selected the Estonia-based MRO due to its “established reputation regarding its innovative and high-tech services.”
It cited Magnetic’s proven in-house capabilities for awarding it the Q400 turboprop wheels and brakes work, and said the manufacture of wheels and brakes has been handed over to the maintenance specialist’s workshop in Tallinn.
“We are very excited and proud of having the privilege to work with the historical CS300 aircraft and already widely endorsed Q400 aircraft.” Said Risto Mäeots, CEO of Magnetic MRO.
“AirBaltic has always been a loyal partner with very high expectations; therefore we are solely honored to be in charge of such meticulous care of their best fleet members.”
