SATENA Extends ATR Contract With Barfield

Colombian airline SATENA has extended its rate-per-flight-hour contract with Barfield for its fleet of 15 ATR aircraft, including five ATR42-600s which are on order.

Colombian airline SATENA has extended its rate-per-flight-hour contract with Barfield for its fleet of 15 ATR aircraft, including five ATR42-600s which are on order.

Under the new long-term contract US-based Barfield, a subsidiary of Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance, will provide the government owned airline with component and engineering support, pool access and main base inventory.

Barfield has three MRO sites across the US in Miami, Phoenix and Louisville.
