SmartLynx Uses Lufthansa Systems Data

Latvian carrier SmartLynx Airlines has signed a five-year contract with Lufthansa Systems to use its navigation data for its flight management systems (FMS). The FMS database contains route information such as altitude and airport data for optimising routers and supporting autopilots on modern aircraft. This navigation data will be updated every 28 days according to the AIRAC cycle and can be customised to specific routes.
