SF Airlines has contracted ST Aerospace to perform passenger-to-freighter (PTF) conversions on its fleet of five 757-200SFs, with an option for three more aircraft. The new 757-200SF freighters will have a 15-pallet cargo configuration. The first aircraft will be inducted in ST Aerospace’s facilities at Seletar Aerospace Park in early January 2014 and is scheduled to be redelivered to SF Airlines by the end of the third quarter in 2014. “ST Aerospace is a trustworthy MRO partner with a proven track record in 757-200 passenger-to-freighter conversions. The co-operation on freighters conversion between two companies will give a significant boost to our current delivery capabilities,” said Li Sheng, SF Airlines CEO.
