GATES Shuffles Management

GA Telesis Engine Services (GATES) has announced three promotions to management roles.

Carsten Holm has been appointed as chief operations officer at the firm, where his primary role will be to drive commercial operations and increase overall productivity and customer satisfaction.

He was most recently vice-president of technical services at GA Telesis.

Also promoted is Tommi Valtonen, who becomes senior vice-president of business operations and development.

In the role, Valtonen will develop technology-led efficiencies for the company’s supply chain and operational processes.

Sean Miller will become vice-president of sales and customer service, focusing on new sales growth by leading GATES’ global sales team.

Previously senior director of sales, Miller’s new role will include an added focus on customer-service offerings and the further development of existing business for the Helsinki-based engine overhaul and repair station.
