Seymour takes over as CEO of IBA

The International Bureau of Aviation (IBA) has named Phil Seymour as its new CEO.

The International Bureau of Aviation (IBA) has named Phil Seymour as its new CEO.

Seymour, previously IBA’s chief operating officer, will lead the consultancy following the retirement of IBA chairman and founder Laurie Hatcher.

As part of a management reshuffle, Steve Fisk becomes chief operating officer, Owen Geach chief commercial officer and Stuart Hatcher will take on the chief intelligence officer role.
