American MRO, parts supplier and aerostructures manufacturer AAR is offering to buy shares from stockholders for between $29 and $32 per share.

The firm is looking to buy $135m-worth of its common stock in the transaction and the offer is open to shareholders until midnight EST on May 22, 2015.

The announcement of the share buyback scheme comes less than a month after AAR reported a net loss of $34.5m for Q3 of its fiscal year, citing the halting of Telair Cargo’s operations, which has since been sold, as a key factor in the loss.
