AerFin said serviceable inventory will be stored at its distribution facility at London Gatwick Airport along with other hubs around the world.

The additional inventory will be used to support its customer base “with a cost-effective and consistent supply” of components for Airbus A320 and A330/A340 platforms.

The CFM56 engines powering the aircraft will be disassembled by AerFin at its newly refurbished 9,000m² facility in Europe where the firm offers full maintenance capabilities for the engine.
