AFI KLM E&M Sign Oman Engine Support Contract

Air France KLM Engineering & Maintenance (AFI KLM E&M) has signed a contract with Oman Air to provide maintenance support on the CFM56-7 engines powering its fleet of 737NG aircraft.

Air France KLM Engineering & Maintenance (AFI KLM E&M) has signed a contract with Oman Air to provide maintenance support on the CFM56-7 engines powering its fleet of 737NG aircraft.

Paul Gregorowitsch, CEO at Oman Air, said the long-term contract will help the airline “deliver smooth operations” and maintain its safety, reliability and on-time performance.

“Our decision was reached after AFI KLM E&M was able to make an attractive offer in terms of both quality and price, bringing the value of the contract to several hundred million USD,” said Gregorowitsch.
