Air Incheon Renews PBH Contract With AJW

South Korean cargo carrier Air Incheon has renewed its power-by-the-hour (PBH) support contract with AJW Aviation covering its fleet of Boeing aircraft.

South Korean cargo carrier Air Incheon has renewed its power-by-the-hour (PBH) support contract with AJW Aviation covering its fleet of Boeing aircraft.

The contract, originally signed between the parties in 2013, has been extended by two years to cover two 737s currently in operation.

It will also cover a further three of the aircraft type expected for delivery in 2017 as well as two 767s set to enter Air Incheon's fleet this year.

The contract also includes a main base kit consignment that is located by AJW at Incheon International Airport in Seoul.

AJW said the PBH agreement will be supported by its Singapore hub and Boeing inventory to allow Air Incheon real-time component coverage.

Dave Shorter, head of PBH at AJW Aviation, said the firm has seen demand for “flexible” PBH contracts growing across Asia.
