AJW Technique Achieves TCCA Approved Status

AJW Technique has been granted ‘Approved Maintenance Organisation’ status by Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA), which is also recognised by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The AJW Technique team achieved the TCCA approval in a short time frame and will be in a position to start receiving multiple part number types from mid-February, with capabilities increasing over the coming months. Repair operations will start before Q1 2013 and Christopher Whiteside, president of AJW, said it will “focus on the quality and streamlining of processes of optimum turn-around times”. The approval was granted five months after A J Walter Aviation acquired the extensive range of component maintenance assets from Aveos Fleet Performance and paves the way to attaining EASA approval along with other regulatory authority accreditations.
