Antigua And Barbuba Signs Safety MoU With ICAO

Antigua and Barbuba, the twin-island nation between the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean, has signed a safety agreement with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). The memorandum of understanding (MoU) covers regulations included in ICAO’s ‘Universal Safety Audit Programme’ and commands timely provision of transparent safety records. “The on-going relationship between Antigua and Barbuda and the ICAO signifies the importance of maintaining optimum levels of safety and security for our nationals and our country that is heavily dependent upon tourism,” said civil aviation minister John Maginley.
