Dynamic Precision Acquires Paradigm

The Carlyle Group has announced that its portfolio company, Dynamic Precision Group, has acquired Massachusetts-based Paradigm Precision Holdings. Paradigm is a provider of highly engineered components for turbine engines serving the commercial aerospace, defense and energy end markets.  Adam Palmer, MD and head of Carlyle’s global aerospace, defense and government services team said he was “impressed with Paradigm’s broad capabilities and product portfolio on both current and next-generation engine platforms”.  Paradigm’s “global footprint” and “technical know-how” should further support Dynamic Precision Group’s “strategy of delivering complex engine components” to its customer base, he added.
