FAA Confirms Contact For Boeing AMOCs

The FAA has clarified where operators of 707s, 720s, 727s, 737 classics and 757s should be sending their AMOC requests

The FAA has clarified where operators of 707s, 720s, 727s, 737 classics and 757s should be sending their requests for alternate methods of compliance (AMOCs) with airworthiness directives (ADs).

Organisations requesting AMOCs or adjustments to compliance time should now submit their requests electronically to: [email protected] or by standard mail to: Los Angeles ACO, 3960 Paramount Boulevard, Lakewood, CA 90712-4137.

The clarification followed a request by Airlines for America, which had complained that the FAA’s transfer of some of its activities to its Los Angeles aircraft certification office mean that the contact addresses listed in past ADs was no longer valid.
