Lithuanian MRO FL Technics has agreed a power-by-the-hour (PBH) contract with Thai cargo airline K-Mile Asia.
Under the terms of the agreement beginning this month, FL Technics will provide continuous spare parts supply for the carrier’s 737 freighter aircraft.
It includes both routine and ad hoc spare parts delivery to the carrier’s hub at Suvarnabhumi International Airport in Bangkok along with spare parts deliveries to airports in Vietnam, Singapore, Hong Kong and other destinations in the region.
Zilvinas Lapinskas, CEO of FL Technics, said: “The new cooperation is also yet another contribution into promoting European standards across the Asian Pacific MRO market. Each year, we aim to bring a wider range of our EASA-compliant products to the region thus assisting it in becoming more efficient and safe.”
