FL Technics Signs 737 Training Deal With SIAEP

The training division of Lithuania-based MRO FL Technics has signed a 737 training deal with SIA Engineering Philippines (SIAEP).

The training division of Lithuania-based MRO FL Technics has signed a 737 training deal with SIA Engineering Philippines (SIAEP).

Under the terms of the agreement, ten SIAEP engineers will undergo eight weeks of B1 and B2 category training for the -600, -700, -800 and -900 variations of the 737.

The training is comprised of theoretical and practical courses and will be carried out at SIAEP’s headquarters at Clark International Airport in Angeles as well as in Malaysia.

Kestutis Volungevicius, head of engineering and training at FL Technics, said that due to the expansion of aircraft in South East Asia, the region is amongst the firm’s priority markets for technical training services.
