GA Telesis Expands AOG Service Offering

GA Telesis has announced the expansion of its Live AOG service offering with the addition of a dedicated AOG Americas service team along with a new mobile app.

GA Telesis has announced the expansion of its Live AOG service offering with the addition of a dedicated AOG Americas service team along with a new mobile app.

Announced on Friday (May 6), Fort Lauderdale-based GA Telesis said its AOG Americas service will handle component work in the region while supporting GA Telesis’ iGEAR (Intelligent Global Engine and Airframe Replenishment) programmes.

The firm said that by launching the mobile app, airlines will be able to communicate AOG needs and receive immediate feedback on their requests.

GA Telesis said it now plans to further develop the app to include automated SMS and email updates on shipment status.
