GoJet Extends Liebherr Component MRO Contract

US-based GoJet Airlines has extended its rate-per-flight-hour (RPFH) maintenance agreement with Liebherr-Aerospace for a further five years.

US-based GoJet Airlines has extended its rate-per-flight-hour (RPFH) maintenance agreement with Liebherr-Aerospace for a further five years.

The contract covers the budget carrier’s fleet of 47 CRJ700 aircraft, as well as seven new CRJ900 which GoJet will start taking delivery of in June.

The RPFH contract, which originally began in 2005 when GoJet was launched, sees Liebherr-Aerospace maintain components of the aircraft’s air management systems, as well as provide GoJet with access to rotable components.

The maintenance work will take place at Liebherr’s sites in Michigan, USA and Toulouse, France, where it manufactures the air management systems for the CRJ700, CRJ900 and CRJ1000.
