HAECO Invests In 787 Maintenance Training

MRO group Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company (HAECO) has bought a Boeing software package to train staff maintaining 787 aircraft.

MRO group Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company (HAECO) has bought a Boeing software package to train staff maintaining 787 aircraft.

HAECO, which claims to be the first MRO in China to use the simulation-based training programme, has also been authorised to provide training to third parties at its HAECO Xiamen site.

The Boeing training programme uses 787 systems data to enable engineers to undertake maintenance exercises virtually.
