HAITEC Aircraft Maintenance has received EASA Part-147 approval to provide A320 B1 CFM56 training services at its soon to open facility at Frankfurt Hahn Airport.

Following the approval, the independent MRO will offer practical and theoretical training from teams based at the site, which is scheduled to open in autumn 2016.

HAITEC said that once operational, the new hangar will more than double its maintenance capacity.

Frank Rott, the firm’s CEO, said: “These development projects demonstrate our commitment to continued growth as we strengthen our presence at Hahn airport and in the aircraft maintenance business in general.”
