ITP Ssecures PW127 Engine Contracts

Air Corsica, Binter and Cabo Verde Airlines (TACV) have all signed engine MRO contracts with the maintenance division of OEM ITP.

Air Corsica, Binter and Cabo Verde Airlines (TACV) have all signed engine MRO contracts with the maintenance division of OEM ITP.

The Spanish company’s In Service Support (ITP ISS) team will provide maintenance services on the PW127s powering Binter’s 13-strong ATR72 fleet over the next three years, and for the engines on TCAV’s one ATR42 and two ATR72 aircraft for the next two years.

Meanwhile Air Corsica has agreed an eight-year deal covering the PW127s on its six ATR72s.

Under the MRO contracts, ITP ISS will provide: fuel nozzle overhaul; 24/7 AOG support; on-field mobile repairs; engine monitoring; and engine rental.
