Ross Aviation, a US-based fixed base operator (FBO), is to be acquired by Landmark Aviation. The deal is subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions, and is expected to close in the second half of 2014. Ross Aviation operates 20 FBOs in major cities and tourist destinations across the US. Denver (BJC), Santa Fe (SAF), Miami (OPF) and six sites in Hawaii are included in the network, which is based in Denver, Colorado. The acquisition extends Landmark’s reach to 60 US locations, and 76 worldwide.
