Lufthansa Technik To Cover Royal Brunei Airlines A320, A320neo Components

Lufthansa Technik has signed a ten-year contract with Royal Brunei Airlines covering component support for its fleet of six A320s and upcoming delivery of seven A320neo aircraft.

Under the terms of the agreement, the scope of services includes repair management on a number of line replaceable units, provision of critical inventory at Royal Brunei’s home base in Brunei and access to Lufthansa Technik's component pool network.

The German MRO will also support Royal Brunei with its c.more supply management offering for consumables and expendables.

“We believe that with Lufthansa Technik's extensive experience on the A320 aircraft together with our ability to access their regional pools - particularly in Singapore and Hong Kong - we will receive optimum support for our Airbus fleet" said Karam Chand, CEO of Royal Brunei Airlines.

Along with the Airbus aircraft, Royal Brunei also operates four 787s.
