Avionics and instrument repair specialist Marilake Aerosystems has grown its in-house capability for ATR turboprop aircraft.
The UK-based firm, which runs a repair workshop in Ferndown, Devon, has added new component part numbers to its existing coverage.
It said the move to increase its coerage follows a rise in demand from ATR operators, stockists and MROs.
Gerry Griffiths, managing director of Marilake, said: “There is more and more surplus ATR inventory on the market following a spate of recent tear-down’s and as such, owners, operators, stockists and MRO’s are looking for a shop to provide an affordable, competitive solution to recertification, repair and overhaul needs.”
Griffiths added that the move is a continuation of the independent firm’s strategy over the past three years which has seen it grow its in-house capabilities by expanding its component numbers.
