PacAvi Confirms First Orders For A320 PTF Conversion

US-based conversion specialist PacAvi has received the first orders for its A320/A321 passenger-to-freighter (P2F) conversion programme.

US-based conversion specialist PacAvi has received the first orders for its A320/A321 passenger-to-freighter (PTF) conversion programme.

Customers include Colt Aviation which has committed to two A321 freighter aircraft with an option for an additional one while Norwegian firm Airline Management will acquire six A320 freighters.

Three unnamed companies, including one leasing customer, have also placed orders.

Alex Eckmann, CEO of Colt Aviation, said the PacAvi A321 freighters are the “perfect addition” to its fleet of 737-400 and 757-200 freighters.

“They will be excellent workhorses and contribute greatly to our innovative, high-performance logistics concept,” he added.
