Sabena to sell stake in Hydrep

Independent MRO Sabena Technics has agreed to sell its 50% stake in Hydrep to its 50/50 joint venture partner Messier-Bugatti-Dowty.

Independent MRO Sabena Technics has agreed to sell its 50% stake in Hydrep to its 50/50 joint venture partner Messier-Bugatti-Dowty (part of Safran).

Set up in 1991, Hydrep provides aircraft landing gear and hydraulic repairs for regional and business aircraft at its 4,500sq-ft facility at Dinard International Airport in France. The sale of Sabena’s stake was agreed on July 18 and will come into effect in September.
