Safran Links Up With Garuda For A330 Landing Gear Work

Garuda Indonesia has signed up Safran Landing Systems to provide landing gear overhaul services on five of the carrier’s A330 aircraft fleet.

Garuda Indonesia has signed up Safran Landing Systems to provide landing gear overhaul services on five of the carrier’s A330 aircraft fleet.

The two-year contract will see the work on the flag carrier’s aircraft carried out from Safran’s MRO facility in Singapore.

Vincent Mascré, CEO of Safran Landing Systems, said: “This contract acknowledges our strength in product maintenance and reflects Garuda Indonesia’s trust in our ability to deliver the highest and most competitive level of services, quality and performance.”

Mascré added that the firm will look to use the contract as a catalyst to form a long-term partnership with Garuda Indonesia.
