SR Technics To Service Condor PW4000 Engines

Swiss MRO SR Technics has signed a six-year contract to provide maintenance on the PW4000 engines powering German leisure airline Condor’s fleet of 767 aircraft.

Swiss MRO SR Technics has signed a six-year contract to provide maintenance on the PW4000 engines powering German leisure airline Condor’s fleet of 767 aircraft.

Under the terms of the agreement with Condor, part of the Thomas Cook Airlines Group, all work will be carried out at SR Technics’ Center of Excellence for Engine Services in Zurich.

SR Technics’ interim CEO Jeremy Remacha said in addition to the engine services contract, the firm will also provide Condor with financial risk mitigation and “other value-adding benefits” including access to a spare engine parts pool and a spare engine.
