ST Aero Invests $5m In Pilot School

Singapore-based MRO ST Aerospace, a subsidiary of ST Engineering, has confirmed it is investing a further $4.9m in its aerospace academy.

Singapore-based MRO ST Aerospace, a subsidiary of ST Engineering, has confirmed it is investing a further $4.9m in its aerospace academy.

ST Aerospace Academy (STAA) offers pilot training and operates out of two facilities, one in Singapore and one in Australia.

The new cash injection takes ST Aerospace’s total investment into STAA up to $13m.

The firm said that the decision to allocate more funds to the pilot training facility reflects its confidence in the business and the growing demand for training.
