ST Aerospace Eyes Growth With $24.5m JV Investment

Singapore Technologies Aerospace (ST Aerospace) has invested $24.5m into its Guangzhou-based airframe MRO joint venture ST Aerospace (Guangzhou) Aviation Services to fund its expansion and growth.

Singapore Technologies Aerospace (ST Aerospace) has invested $24.5m into its Guangzhou-based airframe MRO joint venture ST Aerospace (Guangzhou) Aviation Services to fund its expansion and growth.

In a statement released on Monday (May 9), ST Aerospace said it doesn’t expect the cash injection to have any material impact on assets and earnings per share of its Singapore Technologies Engineering parent company for the current financial year.

Founded in March 2014 as a 49:51 joint venture between ST Aerospace and Guangdong Airport Authority, ST Aerospace (Guangzhou) Aviation Services specializes in airframe maintenance and modification on a range of Airbus and Boeing aircraft.
