StandardAero Signs APU Contract With Mesa

US-based MRO StandardAero has secured a 12-year contract with Mesa Airlines to carry out maintenance and repair services on the auxiliary power units (APUs) used on the carrier’s fleet of 30 Embraer E-175s.

US-based MRO StandardAero has secured a 12-year contract with Mesa Airlines to carry out maintenance and repair services on the auxiliary power units (APUs) used on the carrier’s fleet of 30 Embraer E-175s.

Work on the APS2300 APUs will be carried out at StandardAero’s authorised repair facility in Maryville, Tennessee.

Jonathan Ornstein, chairman and CEO of Phoenix-based Mesa, said the airline will look for “additional opportunities” to expand its partnership with StandardAero.
