TAT Technologies has announced the formation of a joint venture (JV) with Russian MRO Engineering Holding to service aircraft heat exchangers at a new facility in Moscow.

TAT Technologies has announced the formation of a joint venture (JV) with Russian MRO Engineering Holding to service aircraft heat exchangers at a new facility in Moscow.

Israel-based TAT confirmed the JV will operate under the name TAT-Engineering and will be based at Novosibirsk's Tolmachevo airport, but didn't disclose a start date for the company.

Itsik Maaravi, TAT Technologies president and CEO, said the JV will enable the firm to expand its capabilities and offer local heat exchanger maintenance support for customers in the CIS region.
