Asset management firm TES Aviation has expanded its engine transition service with Icelandair to now cover full aircraft.

Under this new service, UK-headquartered TES will both existing and new clients a single source solution for both airframe and engines, incorporating physical and records inspections, borescope inspections, and where required, aircraft registration and deregistration, ferry flight, fuelling and crew services.

Unnar Sumarliðason, engineering manager at Icelandair, said: “We have just successfully finished the first aircraft transition with the TES team and thus confirmed this was the right step to take for Icelandair.”
