Vector Wins £2m Grant For Expansion

The UK division of Vector Aerospace has been awarded £2m ($3m) of funding from the government.

The UK division of Vector Aerospace has been awarded £2m ($3m) of funding from the government.

The cash, which will be issued to the MRO over the next two years, will be spent on updating its Gosport site, which provides engine overhauls on turboprops, including the PW100.

Vector aims to expand its portfolio of modification and upgrade services for civil and military aircraft.

The MRO expects the transformation of the Gosport site to create more than 70 jobs over the next 10 years.
