Airbus to sell Patria stake

Airbus has agreed to sell its 26.8 per cent stake in Finnish aerospace company Patria to the country’s government for an undisclosed figure.

Airbus has agreed to sell its 26.8 per cent stake in Finnish aerospace company Patria to the country’s government for an undisclosed figure. The deal, expected to be completed by the end of the year, will see Airbus relinquish its entire stake in Patria which it bought in 2001. Last week, Airbus sold €794m ($990m) worth of shares in Dassault Aviation back to the company.
