Bombardier has unveiled its new support centre for the CSeries aircraft in Mirabel, Quebec, where it will offer operators access to technical services, engineering expertise and material services.

The OEM said its new customer response centre has already commenced with support for CSeries operators, with the service available all year round and 24 hours a day.

The facility will be manned by 75 technical support staff, engineers and administration personnel.

It will also support operators of the CRJ Series regional jets, while support for Q400 turboprops will remain in Toronto.

Todd Young, vice-president and general manager of customer services at Bombardier Commercial Aircraft, said the centre demonstrates the aircraft manufacturer’s commitment to giving operators “easy, quick-turnaround support.”
