Ducommun To Make 737 MAX Spoilers

California-based engineering firm Ducommun has won a contract from Boeing to produce ground and flight spoilers for the 737 MAX.

California-based engineering firm Ducommun has won a contract from Boeing to produce ground and flight spoilers for the 737 MAX.

The spoilers will be fabricated at its factory in Monrovia, California, with support from its Guaymas, Mexico facility.

The new deal, follows similar agreements with Ducommun to supply engine inlet bulkheads for the new narrowbody, as well as structural titanium assemblies within the propulsion and thrust reversers.

Ducommun also produces spoilers for existing 737 models.
