Canadian investment firm Rift Valley Equity has bought aircraft components manufacturer Crow Precision Components.

Canadian investment firm Rift Valley Equity has bought aircraft components manufacturer Crow Precision Components.

Established in 1951, Crow fabricates forged metal components, such as axles, crank shafts and shock absorbers for commercial and military aircraft at its facility in Fort Worth, Texas.

Rift Valley has pledged to invest in Crow to expand its capabilities and product range.
